Are we the right hotel for you?

As a family-run business, the "Pfeffermühle" is our home. We really care about the atmosphere in our hotel, and therefore we would like you to be informed in advance, that even after a well-humoured Après-Ski or a late night out at the Clubs, it is required to afford the necessary respect to all other guests, our family, the property and the Hotel itself. In the case of misconduct, we would be forced to cancel the lodging contract without a refund. We hope you understand this is for the benefit of all our guests and thank you for your understanding.

01 Cancellation Policy

02 Travel Insurance

We recommend that you procure a travel insurance. Our partner is "Europäische Reiseversicherung", please find the details here.
03 Pets

Your pets are also welcome to the Hotel Zur Pfeffermühle.
We charge € 20,00 for your dog/per day without food. More information

05 Payment Options

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Master Cards.
06 Check-in & Check-out

Check-out until 10:00am, Check-in from 03:00pm
07 Surcharge New Years Eve

For New Years Eve there will be a surcharge of 35 Euro per person.
08 Reservation Guarantee

As a reservation guarantee we require a credit card number with expiration date or a prepayment of 30 %.

Prices for children incl. breakfast:

3-7 years: 45 EUR per day
7-12 years: 55 EUR per day
Prices for children incl. Half-board:
0-2 years: free of charge
3-7 years: 55 EUR per day
7-12 years: 65 EUR per day
The discount prices for children are valid, if they stay in the room with two full-paying adults.
