Wednesday is rest day of our kitchen team and the evening menu is Fondue Chinoise.

In our restaurant, we serve quintessential and authentic Tirolean dishes. Eating with pleasure and a clear conscience can be so easy! The incredible recognition from guests and locals alike shows us that we are on the right track with the concept of our restaurant. After all, our restaurant is also the cornerstone of our family business. It all started back in the 70s with our Wirtshaus zur Pfeffermühle and a creative, passionate and regional cuisine.

Today, our restaurant offers a huge range of culinary delights: In addition to delicacies for meat eaters and fish lovers, our kitchen team also prepares elegant vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free dishes.
