In summer and in winter, our reception front desk is occupied daily from 7:30 to 10 pm to take care of check-ins and questions from our guests. In addition, our team is available 24 hours a day by phone at +43 5446 3740.

Your room will be ready from 3 pm both in summer and in winter. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 am on the day of departure. 

Would you like to arrange a late check-out on the day of departure? If our booking situation permits, we will do our very best to accommodate your request! Just ask us ahead of time.

While you make the most of your last day in St. Anton, you can store your luggage free of charge. If you are looking for some relaxation on the day of departure, you are welcome to use our spa area for an extra 18 euros per person.

The Hotel zur Pfeffermühle at the Arlberg can be conveniently reached by train. The hotel's own shuttle will take you from the well-frequented railway station in St. Anton directly to your feel-good accommodation.

During your holidays in St. Anton am Arlberg you can leave your car parked. Complimentary parking in our outdoor parking lot is available for all guests of the Hotel zur Pfeffermühle. On request, an underground parking space can be arranged for an extra 15 euros per day. 

We offer complimentary internet in all areas of the Hotel zur Pfeffermühle. You will receive your personal password upon arrival, giving you free access to our Wi-Fi network “Pfeffermühle” for the duration of your stay. 

The Hotel zur Pfeffermühle in St. Anton am Arlberg is not dedicated to allergy sufferers in particular, but we are happy to consider people who are allergic to dust mites or feathers.

If you suffer from food allergies, please let us know when making your reservation so that we can plan accordingly. If you have any other special dietary requirements, please let us know ahead of time. We will check with our kitchen team whether we can accommodate your wishes. If you inform us at short notice, we are sometimes only able to offer limited options. 

Usually, our culinary team is extremely flexible and can consider a wide range of food intolerances and dietary requirements. Vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free or lactose-free preparation is of course possible. 

Our hotel's own restaurant Wirtshaus zur Pfeffermühle is open to the public. Hotel guests, patrons staying at other hotels or locals - the creative and regional delicacies are a treat for everyone. How about looking at our mouth-watering menu right now?

We accept cash (euros) as well as MasterCard, Visa, and EC card. Please pay attention to your card limits!

You want to be on the safe side? No problem, all our rooms feature a complimentary safe where you can store your valuables.

The Hotel zur Pfeffermühle in St. Anton is a non-smoking hotel. To ensure that all our guests feel comfortable, we ask you to smoke only in designated areas. Smoking is permitted on the terrace and on the balconies with doors completely closed. Ashtrays to dispose of your cigarette butts are available at reception. Thank you for your consideration!

It is our primary concern that all guests feel comfortable during their holidays at our hotel in St. Anton. We ask everyone to be polite and respectful toward other guests. Please remember that you are not alone at the Hotel zur Pfeffermühle – especially when returning late from a night out.

Skiing fun starts right on the doorstep, and our guests enjoy the utmost in comfort and service at the Hotel zur Pfeffermühle. For example, we sell ski passes for the ski area Arlberg at our reception.

On arrival, you will receive a voucher for your free ski and boot locker with our partner Sport Alber. Take advantage of a conveniently located storage locker in the ski depot of the Nassereinbahn gondola and stop carrying your ski equipment around.

Our reception has a selection of informative brochures available that provide an overview of all ski slopes and ski school courses. We are ski and mountain enthusiasts, and of course we are happy to share our insider knowledge!

During your winter holidays at the Hotel zur Pfeffermühle you have direct access to the endless slopes of the Arlberg ski area.

From 8 am to 11 am every day, our private hotel bus takes you to the 8-passenger Nassereinbahn gondola. Return times are from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

Outside these times there is the free public village bus (line 2) available. The bus stop "Brunnen" is only a few metres from our hotel. 

Enjoy the winter wonderland of the Arlberg and let us pamper you with outstanding culinary experiences that will keep your energy supplies up. Our half board includes breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner at the following times: 

Breakfast: 7:30 am to 10 am 

Snacks: 3 pm to 5 pm

Dinner: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

The Tirolean Alps are calling! The best answer? Plenty of strength and energy. Our half board includes an invigorating breakfast and a balanced dinner, providing a delicious choice of energy-boosting meals:

Summer holidays at the Hotel zur Pfeffermühle are all about switching off! On arrival, we will share tips and information for your stay at the Arlberg to satisfy both your need for relaxation and being active. Let us help you make the most of your holidays and ensure that you don’t miss out on the best recreational pursuits! For example, our reception team will issue your free St. Anton Summer Card which lets you take advantage of many discounts and experiences.

If you want to enjoy more adventures, activities and summit experiences you can buy the St. Anton Premium Card (from 55 euros/3 days) or the hiking pass from the Bergbahnen Arlberg (from 46 euros/3 days). The hiking pass gives you unlimited use of all lifts and cable cars operating in summer.

We can of course assist you with selecting the right card for you and your loved ones!We are also happy to recommend the most scenic hiking trails, the best alpine pastures and nature's greatest spectacles in and around St. Anton.

You don't have to bring your own bathrobe, slippers, or wellness bag. At the Hotel zur Pfeffermühle we provide robes and slippers for the duration of your stay. Relaxation already begins when you pack your suitcase! 

Take a break in our sauna and relaxation room in winter from 3 pm to 8 pm in good weather.

In bad weather, we open both wellness facilities at 12:30 am.

In good weather, you can relax and unwind in our sauna and relaxation room from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm during your summer holidays.

In rainy weather, both facilities will be open from 1 pm.

Both in winter and in summer, our young guests under 16 years of age may use the sauna area until 4:30 pm. Afterwards, the spa area is reserved for adults.

After an exhilarating day in the mountains surrounding St. Anton in Tirol, nothing is more relaxing than a massage! We are happy to arrange an in-room sports massage for you, just ask at reception.
