Welcome to Hotel zur Pfeffermühle, the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday with your beloved four-legged friend. We understand that your dog is an important part of your family and want to ensure that you have a relaxing and enjoyable time with us!
In this blog post, we will tell you everything you need to know to make your stay as smooth as possible.
What are the general things to keep in mind?
We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash throughout the hotel area to avoid conflicts with other dogs and to not disturb other guests.
We have provided special dog towels for you at reception and in your room.
If your faithful companion is wet or dirty after a walk, please dry or clean your dog with the towels provided.
Your four-legged friend in the hotel room
We have provided a dog blanket, a dog bed and bowls for your pet in the hotel room. These items are the property of the hotel and are not intended to be taken with you. We ask for your understanding that any damage to furniture, doors, carpets, etc. caused by your dog will be charged.
If you leave your dog alone in the room, please use the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. This will ensure that none of our staff will enter the room. In this case, the room will not be cleaned either!
Breakfast & dinner
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room. However, your four-legged friend does not have to stay alone in your room: dogs are welcome in our fireplace lounge and on the sun terrace.
Spa | Wellness area
For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the entire wellness area!
Muzzle requirement
Your dog must wear a muzzle when travelling on public transport or cable cars.
You are welcome to borrow a muzzle from reception or purchase one from the tourist office.
Out and about: dog waste bags & dog walking
A dog waste bag dispenser and a bin are located in the lower car park of the hotel.
We kindly ask you to collect your dog's faeces and dispose of it appropriately. We would also like to point out that agricultural land may not be used as exercise areas, as it is private property.
With this information in mind, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend!
