We are a family business - the Pfeffermühle is also our home. We value a respectful atmosphere and harmonious cooperation.

When can I arrive and depart?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 10:00.
Is late check-out possible?
Yes, on request and subject to availability. Luggage can be stored free of charge on the day of departure. Use of the spa area on the day of departure: € 18 per person.
When is the reception desk staffed?
Daily from 7:30 to 22:00. You can reach us by phone around the clock: +43 5446 3740.
How do I guarantee my reservation?
With a credit card number or a deposit of 40% or 100%, depending on the rate booked.
What cancellation conditions apply?
You will find the detailed cancellation conditions on our booking page and in your offer or confirmation. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do I need travel insurance?
We recommend that you take out travel insurance. Our partner is Europäische Reiseversicherung.
What means of payment are accepted?
Cash (Euro), Visa, MasterCard and EC-Card.
Is there a New Year's Eve surcharge?
Yes, 35 € per person.
Is there WLAN?
Free WLAN throughout the hotel. Network "Pfeffermühle", password on arrival.
Is there a safe in the room?
Yes, there is a safe in every room for free use.
Is the hotel smoke-free?
Yes, smoking is only permitted on the terrace or balcony with the door closed. Ashtrays are available at reception.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, 20 € per day without food. All details can be found under Vacation with dog.
