In our à la carte restaurant Wirtshaus zur Pfeffermühle in St. Anton am Arlberg, we serve up culinary moments of happiness in all their diversity: Vegan and vegetarian meals, Tirolean specialities, fish, meat dishes such as juicy steaks, and tempting desserts – perfectly paired with the finest wines. Whether you are travelling with your family, your friends or with your partner: In our restaurant with sun terrace in St. Anton, you and your loved ones will find an easy-going, casual and relaxed ambience where everyone feels at home. This is also reflected in our creative and regional menu. For our young guests we offer a separate children's menu, specially tailored to the preferences and portion sizes of young gourmets.

In addition to our long-standing staff, our qualified sommelier Julia will happily advise you, and you can immerse yourself in the world of Austrian wines to enhance your dining experience. Wednesday is rest day of our kitchen team and the evening menu is Fondue Chinoise.
This winter we have a small á la carte selection during the day (12:00 - 17:00). The evening is meant to be celebrated and we are in no rush. Fine wines and fine menus, created and served by our lucky charms. 2 to 4 courses according to your wishes, which you can put together yourself from a small selection (from 35 euros).
Do you feel spontaneous? Great, then just come to our bar. If you have secured a place at the bar and our kitchen still has capacity, we will be happy to serve you a snack at the bar. Because no one has ever gone hungry here.
On Wednesdays we give our kitchen team a little break and only serve our Fondue Chinoise in the evening. (42 Euro including appetizer & sorbet).

The Hotel zur Pfeffermühle is characterized by the conscious use of local resources, and the kitchen is no exception. That's why we are part of the initiative “Bewusst Tirol” (“Tirol Conscious”) and specifically focus on the use of locally sourced products. In our restaurant, we serve quintessential and authentic Tirolean dishes. Eating with pleasure and a clear conscience can be so easy! The incredible recognition from guests and locals alike shows us that we are on the right track with the concept of our restaurant. After all, our restaurant is also the cornerstone of our family business. It all started back in the 70s with our Wirtshaus zur Pfeffermühle and a creative, passionate and regional cuisine.
