Recipe to try at home: Waffle batter

Waffles are the perfect start to the day or a sweet treat between meals.
That's why we thought we'd share our waffle batter recipe.

Whether you prefer them classic with icing sugar or creative with different toppings, you'll love these waffles!

Waffle batter ingredients:

• 350g flour
• 200g sugar
• 250g butter
• 250g quark
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 packet baking Powder

What do you need to do?

Cream the butter and gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.
Mix the baking powder with the flour and then stir in the quark.
Combine everything and mix well.

Et voilà – the waffle batter is ready!
